For the last 20 years, he has continued to seek out and learn from the leaders in the field. Comprehensive Back Assessment

an evidence-based approach to evaluating complicated lower back pain

All back pain has a cause. This comprehensive low back assessment is an in-depth 3-hour consultation and evaluation to identify what causes your pain so we can develop a plan to get you relief.

This specialized assessment is meant for more challenging low back pain cases. Typically, these patients will have already tried other approaches to get relief for their back pain without success.

Through this problem-solving process, you will learn what is the root cause of your pain, how to avoid it, desensitize it and begin to rebuild a more resilient back. You will receive a copy of the book “Back Mechanic The step by step method to fix back pain as well as a detailed report with a precise description of your pain triggers, methods to avoid them and a blueprint for developing good spinal hygiene and a rehabilitation program.

We will also be available for follow up and to answer questions you may have as you recover as well as be available for additional coaching to work through progressions or transition from rehabilitation to performance enhancement as needed,

If you think this approach may benefit you, visit the contact page and send us a message directly, outlining your back pain trouble, and Dr. Pitcher will review your case and contact you personally to discuss your problem to see if you are a good candidate for this type of approach.

What people are saying

Wendy Whelan
New York City Ballet

I had the good fortune recently of putting myself into the healing hands of Dr. Mark Pitcher. His incredible knowledge and focus proved most beneficial to me. He helped to diagnose and explain to me issues that I had been struggling with in my back and hip for most of this past year. Upon seeing him, my body has finally begun to unravel and unlock its deep holding pattern, and I have found tremendous relief. I trust his instincts completely and regard him among the top chiropractic body workers I've had the good fortune to work with over my nearly 30-year career as a leading dancer with the New York City Ballet.

Celeste Callahan - Board of Directors for USA Trialthlon

Thank you for the excellent, comprehensive and thorough care you gave me this week. My 10K run on Thursday went very well. I feel good, for a change. See you when I am back in town.
